Orders

• When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it and send you the shipping confirmation.
• All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an incorrect address. If this happens, you will be fully refunded.
• You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number.

Pricing

• Prices are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout and added to your total.
• Offers and discounts (such as our 50% off complete sets) apply only while the offer is shown on the website and cannot be applied to past orders unless stated.
• Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the customer.
• If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment terms

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Your order is processed once payment is approved.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (such as major debit and credit cards and secure online wallets).
• Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. NE LONDON never sees or stores your full card details.
• If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel or hold the order.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete details, including your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Check your order and size carefully before paying. Our size guide is there to help.
• Make sure someone can receive the parcel, and follow the tracking updates.
• Follow the care instructions on the label to keep your pieces beautiful.
• Use our website lawfully and do not copy our photos, designs or content without permission.

Liability

• We take great care with every order. If an item is faulty or not as described, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Product colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. This is not considered a fault.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, customs checks, strikes or extreme weather.
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.
• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
